From Boston:
(Approx. 1hr ) Take Route 24 south to Route 495 south, follow across the Bourne Bridge and then follow Route 28 to Falmouth and Woods Hole. Take the Steamship Authority ferry to Vineyard Haven (see below).

Bus:
For bus service, take the Bonanza Bus from South Station or Logan Airport in Boston to Woods Hole Ferry Terminal. Take a ferry to Vineyard Haven - only $5.50 (see below).

From Vineyard Haven:
7.3 miles south of Vineyard Haven ferry terminal (bicycles available at ferry). Left on Water St. (0.1 mile), right on State Rd. (3 miles), left on Old County Rd. (3.5 miles), left on Edgartown-W. Tisbury Rd. (0.7 mile) or take a taxi or #6 bus line (ask the driver). Map.

Bike:
