Boston Collegiate Charter School is a small charter school with
414 students, grades 5-12. BCCS strives to instill in students
the expectation of college from the moment they walk through the
doors. For the past four years 100 percent of the graduating class
has continued on to college. Cultural Kitchen was offered as an
after-school activity in the fall of 2007 to 12 students in grades
68.
The students prepared food from the following countries:
Spain, Israel, Philippines, Lithuania, Italy, Dominican Republic,
Montserrat, United States, Panama,
and the US Virgin Islands.
